Essay:
Mary is consistently dedicated to the growth of PTA students and continues to take students for each clinical experience yearly. Mary has the ability to assess students' performance consistently in detail to offer constructive feedback in a very supportive and encouraging manner. Mary's students consistently state they are able to learn in a comfortable atmosphere and are able to engage in clinical discussions without fear of "not having the perfect answer". Mary has made it a priority in her schedule to speak with me in situations that have required a substantial time commitment.
