Essay:
Amanda Agalar has been a clinical instructor for NCC for several years. Each time, Amanda has worked closely with the students to give them the best clinical experience possible. She has gone above and beyond her responsibilities to teach and mentor the students in and outside the clinic. Amanda is very patient and a great listener. She adapts to each student's learning style while adhering to the level of expectation for each clinical rotation. Amanda takes the time to explain her clinical decisions and encourages the students to perform the skills with her patients in a comfortable and nurturing environment. Amanda is always punctual in completing her midterm and final assessments and give each student thoughtful constructive feedback in each criteria. It's a pleasure working with Amanda.
