Essay:
Amanda Faucher is currently practicing as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in an acute clinical setting.
She has volunteered to be a Clinical Instructor (CI) on numerous occasions. Of recent her efforts helped to secure the graduation of several senior PTA students during the 2020 pandemic. She has mentored/educated three (3) PTA student within the past year. She demonstrates clinical excellence in an acute care setting and pursues professional growth and development in the area of clinical teaching. Students have commented that she provides effective instruction to specific learning needs and levels through meaningful learning experiences and presents skill and commitment in the management of exceptional student clinical learning experiences. Through her continued acceptance of students Amanda continues to support activities which promote students' professional growth and development.
