Essay:
Mrs. Dorota Boltruczuk was a member of the first graduating class in our program. After graduation, she was immediately hired by Bridgeport Hospital to work in the inpatient care unit. After working under the tutelage of senior staff members for several years, she be became a clinical instructor. Mrs. Boltruczuk has worked with several of our students in the past, but in the Fall of 2017 her patience and willingness to teach and mentor a student who was struggling manifested itself. Although she didn't have much time with the student due to the internship being part-time, Mrs. Boltruczuk maximized the time she did have with the student to help her overcome some of the struggles she was having. Mrs. Boltruczuk worked very closely with the student and in the end the student had a successful experience. It is an honor to have Mrs. Boltruczuk as a clinical instructor in our program.
