Essay:
Derek is a wonderful clinician who always wants what is best for students. His positive personality and approach has helped many students in their final affiliation with our program. Derek is so invested in students, that he volunteers to take extra students if needed and guest lectures in our Neuro course. The clinical world needs more Dereks.
