Tessa was a very wonderful clinical instructor when it came to my first clinical. She was able to answer all my questions, no matter how many times I repeated the same one. She also explained everything while doing something and why she was doing it before having me perform myself, and she would always let me practice on her when I felt I was no ready to work on a patient yet. Tessa would give me feedback with everything when it came to my notes, how I’m doing something and why I needed to fix it, and so much more. She was very patient with me and understanding. Tessa deserves the recognition because this was her first time being a clinical instructor, however if I was never told that I would have guessed she has been teaching students many times before me. She knows what she is doing when it comes to being a PTA and it shows immensely. I appreciate everything she has taught me and I wish everyone can get this experience with Tessa because she does an amazing job when it comes to teaching future PT Assistants. Thank you Tessa, I will take all you tricks and wisdom along with me on my future endeavors.
