Essay:
Gina has been a Physical Therapist for 16 years in an acute care hospital setting. She has been part of our clinical education faculty for 8 years, accepting at least 1 student each year. She is an excellent educator who always goes out of her way to provide the best education for her students. In addition to being patient, kind, and nurturing, she is also very smart and knows how to treat 99% of patients in her setting. Gina challenges students to excel by giving them freedom to make treatment decisions and then providing feedback to promote learning. Student like her teaching style and learn a lot from their clinical internship.
